Dear Neighbors,

The purpose of this Petition is to set aside the Organizational Meeting of Directors of the HOA held on December 23, 2023, Christmas Weekend, and to hold an appropriately noticed Organizational Meeting to elect the officers of the HOA with all five of the elected Directors present. The outcome must be representative of the will of the majority of voters who opted for “continuity” of direction for Mulholland Park, and not merely the inappropriate, unjustifiable and unethical actions of a few Board members who deliberately disregarded the homeowners’ voices and votes.

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING: The undersigned members hereby petition the Board of Directors to set aside the Organizational Meeting of three Directors of the Mulholland Park Homeowners’ Association held on December 23, 2023, Christmas weekend, and to hold an Organizational Meeting with all five Directors present to elect the officers of the Board. The December 23, 2023 Organizational meeting was held despite advance notice of the inability of the other two Directors to attend as it was Christmas weekend and the three present Directors opted to nominate themselves for four open offices.

I hereby petition the Board of Directors to set the earliest reasonable date for a Special Membership Meeting to set aside the Organizational Meeting of three Directors of the Mulholland Park Homeowners’ Association held on December 23, 2023, Christmas weekend, and to hold an Organizational Meeting with all five Directors present to elect the officers of the Board. The December 23, 2023 Organizational Meeting was held despite advance notice of the inability of the other two Directors to attend as it was Christmas weekend, and the three present Directors inappropriately and unjustifiably opted to nominate themselves for four open offices.
