The undersigned member hereby petitions the Board of Directors and the HOA Election Guys to disqualify the departing candidate.

REASONS for disqualification:

1. The candidate is running for office while aggressively marketing his home for sale.
2. Once a Board member sells their home they are obligated to resign the Board.
3. When a Board member resigns, the remaining Board members appoint a replacement. Running for election when departure from the community is imminent intentionally empowers the Board to fill the vacancy by appointment rather than allowing Homeowners the opportunity to legitimately vote for an individual to the position by free and fair election.

Signing and Submitting this petition will generate an email to the Board that reads as follows:

Dear MP HOA Board,

I hereby petition the Board of Directors to disqualify departing candidate, Brett Gross, on the grounds that the sale of his home and his departure from the community are imminent and would empower the Board to fill his vacancy by appointment rather than allowing Homeowners the opportunity to legitimately vote for an individual to the position by free and fair election.
